Commercial Steam Generators
Ideal for large steamrooms, the Amerec Commercial Steam Generator
is designed for hands-off operation, easy on-site maintenance, and
reliable long-life. Its special, easy-to-use features are perfect
to simplify facilities management chores. Five standard models are
available for rooms from 500 to 1500 cubic feet, and larger units
are available by special order.
Features of the Amerec AI Steam Generator include:
- ASME Certified low-pressure vessel
- UL and CUL listed
- All steel construction, with powder-coat finish and stainless
steel feet
- Multiple safety features, including:
- Sight glass
- Three-level water sensing system, with low water cutoff
- High pressure cutout
- Optional 24-hour, 7-day integral clock
- One or two-room operation, with individual controls
- Room "over temperature" shutdown, with alarm indicators
- Two or three-wire alarm circuit
- Simple service access, with indicator lights and integral diagnostics
- Optional "Refresh" feature, provides short burst of
steam when a button is pushed in the steamoom
- Automatic pressurized flush system, with separate clock
