Steam Generators and Controls

Amerec steam generators are regarded as the top in the industry, with quiet operation and "cool touch" steamheads to reduce the risk of burns. Stainless steel tank construction provides years of trouble-free operation, while standard manual drains or optional automatic drain systems extend generator life. In addition, the heating elements are removable for easier service.

AK Generator Series

The AK generator series is Amerec's "top of the line" generator, featuring their "soft steam" element switching design. The AK uses full power to quickly heat up the steamroom to the preset temperature, then cuts power to half the elements, resulting in a more continuous flow of steam, and more stable temperature. The AK generator is operated with either the K60 digital control, or the K30 control.

AR Generator Series

An easy-to-use alernative, the AR generator is operated with the R30i control, a simple on/off switch that can be mounted inside or outside the steam room.

Automatic Flush and Drain Unit

Available as an option on both the AK and AR generators, the AKD automatic flush and drain unit flushes and drains the generator at the end of each steambath. Essential when the water supply has a high mineral content, the AKD will significantly prolong the life of the generator in all conditions.

K60 Digital Control

• Can be mounted inside or outside the steam bath enclosure
• On/off, temperature, and time settings
• Available in polished chrome, nickel, or brass, brushed nickel, or white

K30 Control

• Can be mounted inside or outside the steam bath enclosure
• Simple on/off switch
• Automatic 30 minute timer
• Temperature adjustable from 100 to 125 degrees F.
• Available in polished chrome, nickel, brass, or white

R30i Control

• Can be mounted inside or outside the steam bath enclosure
• Simple on/off switch
• Automatic 30 minute timer
• Available in polished chrome, brass, or white

"Cool Touch" Steam Outlet

• Surface temperature does not exceed 125 degrees F.
• Reservoir for aromatherapy liquid
• Available in chrome, polished or brushed nickel, polished brass, or white
